On my way home from a recent trip from China I had the luck of fairly clear weather and a flight path over Northern Virginia.

Lately whenever I fly into National Airport I make sure to get a window seat.  I recommend this so you can see all the great views on approach to Reagan Airport.  If you are on the side of the plane facing the capital, you can get some great shots of the DC’s landmarks. (see my previous Post)
